If a return or exchange is refused by AsSeenOnTVCo.com, merchandise will be returned and the customer will be responsible for the shipping and handling charge. Defective items may only be exchanged unless the item is out of stock or discontinued. Any defective items must first be returned before we ship the replacement item. All returns are for the original purchase price less shipping & handling.
30 Day Return Policy
Our 30 day return policy begins when you receive your item and lasts for 30 days after that date so in order to be eligible for refund, items must bear a postmark showing it was posted within 30 days after you first received your product.
